All About Business : Lampe Berger Aromatherapy

We Are All In This.....

I love to work at office. That is my dream since I was 8 years old. I love lifestyle too. For me woman must have a better career and must be very independent. I have been working for almost 9 years.

During I was working at office I'm pass by a lot of things and very pressure on my job. Everything was on me, me and me. I'd be the one who look after 5 staffs and handle operational unit. At office I very responsible and give 100% commitment to my work. I was very pressure because my boss are putting all responsibility on me. When come to month end closing I and my staff need to work very late to ensure all sales are process accordingly.

I still remember got one time we all work until 2.00 am because need to process all the sales and during that time we have overload application forms. I and my staff are very tired. Just imagine we worked almost 15 hours. However we have problem on month end closing for that month. I still need to wake up early in the next day morning because must settle the problem.

All this things are still in my memory and I will never forget it. Sometimes when I was pressure at office it will bring back to house as well. Working under pressure is a very common in the corporate company.

To avoid all this "be your own boss" as what I'm now. Future in our hand if you think you can you can do it.

Family vs Career ?

If I have to choose between family and career of course I will choose my family. But without career means "no money". Without money, there is nothing much I can do. Money is important to me but money can't buy everything.

Family and career they are a come in a package. What is important here is we must have time and money to support our family especially kids. I have attended business talk in Berjaya Time Square Hotel. One of powerful leader make me realized how much is important our children.

He give 2 scenario and ask audience which place we prefer to bring our kids for the weekend?
" Chow Kit" or "Bangsar". This 2 places are shown the status and lifestyle of the family. Just imagine if we don't have much money of course we don't want to go to Bangsar area.

I'm sure most of people are force to work because of MONEY. But don't forget if we are to commit to the job we don't have time to our children. For those who are full time working please ensure you have enough time for your kids. If not the child will feel lonely and they will always call and ask...

Mom when are you coming back? Are you come back late today? You have meeting again?

This is a common question my daughter ask me during I was full time working. I believe we need both family and career.

For me I choose my family but at the same time I still earning an extra income to support my husband and give a better life to my kids.

Best Jobs For Woman Today

There are many ways that we can earn an extra income while staying at home. Many people is not realised an opportunity to work from home. Some of us may lack of knowledge about this. What I can share here is to do our own business. Some of us may scared when heard about business.

They will think of:

• No capital
• No knowledge
• No experience
• Don't know what business
• How to start
• Location
• Resources
• Pay rental

I have pass all these thing 2 years ago when I started to quit from my job. I have 2 kids and I love them very much. I was thinking to do business but I don't know what business I can do. If I open a mini market I also need to think of capital and scared if the business slow down how can I afford to pay rental.

I have tried to involved in insurance business but it's not easy for me to continue in this industry. I feel that it's not suitable for me and I don't like to influence people or push them to buy from me. I also be a Cosway member but it's can't make more profit to me as well. I was thinking may be I'm not good in direct selling.

It's a big challenge for every woman when wanted to quit from the job. I think the best job that very suitable for woman especially mothers is to do online business. I get to know this from my friend and thank god that he shown me an opportunity to start to do online business at home. Now I'm working on it and I feel very happy and freedom to stay at home.

I started to know about blogger and slowly learn how to create my own blog. My friend did shared with me his wife experience. She have a degree in Social Administration but she never work under employment before. She start to do online business and received a cheque more than RM2000 per month. For me this is a great income for fresh graduate.

Most of Malaysian people now are prefer to work at home. With unlimited Internet access and streamyx promotion we can do online business. For me this is a best job for woman today. The most important characteristic of home base business is flexibility and financial freedom.

Working From Home

I believe every woman especially all mothers would love or have a dream to stay at home rather than working at office for 8 hours per day. But how many of them are brave to take decision to quit from current job?

I know it's not easy to take action and it's not take one day or two days decision. Some people might take a few months or one year or might be two years.

There are a few things that we must consider before we plan to quit from current job:

• Financial planning
• Saving
• Goals setting
• What is your capabilities

Let's me share my feeling and my experience to this situation. 2 years ago I was very pressure with my job especially with my colleagues. I wanted to resign but I can't take this decision alone because I'm married and have 2 kids. I have discussed with my husband but he is not agreed if I have to quit the job during that time. I understand if i stop working my husband can't afford to pay housing loan & car loan, children education fees, and all others things based on his salary.

A few months later after I received my bonuses and I have my own saving I decided to resign and and take care of my own kids. My husband was not satisfied my decision. We have crisis regarding this. 3 months I was stayed at home and I was very happy because can take care my kids and spend time with them. My kids was very happy to.

While staying at home I started to look for others opportunity but I don't have any idea what to do. My saving & my bonuses almost finish. I was very worried because it's effect our family expenses. I started to do part time job for half day, at least i still can spend time with my kids.
I realised it's not easy to quit the job and stay at home without do anything.

FINANCIAL problem is cause me to go back to work again. I working as full time at one of corporate company located at Jalan Raja Chulan-. I working there for one and half year. Along that time my previous problem never end as I need to depend on my mother to taking care of my kids. My mother is from Kedah and sometime I feel very guilty because she need to come over from hometown and stay with me. I started to think " WHY I continue to work"? Being an employee are all under control. But why people are continue to work whereby there are a lot
of opportunity out site there that we can do.

I have read "The Secret" and would like to share one statement from Dr. John Demartini " even though we say we have lack, it's because we don't open up our vision and see all of what is around us ".

Based on this vision I strongly decided to stop my career and started my own business at home. Now I'm freedom and I believe " Nothing Is Possible ".
