My new maid just arrived on last Wednesday. A lot of things I need to teach her included cooking. My daughter only eat rice with egg ( telur dadar ). Pity her so much she was complaint to me that kakak cook not nice lol! Today I did teach her to cook a simple menu at least she can remember it. I was thinking want to write down a simple menu to her. Luckily she can read. Today is her fourth day and still early for me to comment on her. She is working hard so far but of course I still need to guide her. One thing good about her is she wake up at 4am! My friend advised me that don't comment anything let her practise this because if we show empathy to her she will naik kepala lol!!! Sometimes I feel pity her also because she is none stop working. I hope that she is sincere and don't run away!

I got a temporary maid almost 1 month already. She's really make me headache! I need to wake her up every morning! Haiyoooo.... tak boleh tahan lor....My daughter ask me to terminate her. But I can't do that because I still waiting my real maid to come. I hope by end of this month I'll got my maid from Indonesia. People always said that depends on our luck. If we get a good maid that is great. My priority is to take care of my children. She's not around for 2 days. Ermm.. I'm feel good and happy because no need to see her face for 2 days. LOL!!

His name is Dave and we invited him from other country to give us a training. He is very good man and believe it or not he has 3 grandchild already. Free Weekend

Today I'm very free because Krit still at Kedah. So I can do a lot of thing and of course included housework. Next week I'll going back to Kedah to fetch him back. Yahooooo....... I'm very happy finally I can find baby sitter. I just called one of his teacher and she agreed to help me out for one month. Just one month to take care of Krit while waiting for my maid to arrive. I hope she is not change her mind. I willing to pay her RM300 with hope she can take care my son. It's mean Krit will be in the class from 9am until 1pm. After 1pm her teacher will be work an extra hour just to look after Krit. I'm very appreciate her help. Thank you very much!

I'm back to blog with a sadness story

I'm back! I'm back! A lot of things need to be update and a lot of things happen to me recently. My problem is non stop since I have got a new job. Busy life will be started again. Today is my first day at my new workplace. I don't have much problem with my new job and my colleagues is very friendly. What I'm worried the most is about my son. Because of my new job I need to leave my son at my hometown. I'm very miss him and I'm sure he also miss me too. I just called my mother just now and my sister pick up the phone. She said seem like my son can feel that I'm not there and he is looking for me to hug him. I'm very sad. This is a first time I leave him there and the first time also he is away from me. I'm in the process taking a maid and not so soon will get it. The agency said it will take about 1 month+. Look like my son will need to be there until the maid is arrive.

Actually my life is started busy last month. We received news that my father in law was an accident on last 2 weeks. Therefore we went back to hometown for 3 days to visit him. After come back from hometown I started looking for a school that provided nursery for my son. However there are non and no baby sitter that can take care of my son. That is why I'm give up and decided to send him back to Kedah. So.... again we went back to Kedah. We just came back from Kedah on last night and today I'm started my new job. I was cried a lot along the way from Kedah until last night. I feel very quiet without home at home.

And today I received news from maid agency that the maid that we choose is not suitable for us and ask us to choose the news maid. Haiyoooooooo...... I'm very tired with all this. All this problem came after I got a job. That is why I said to my husband the problem will never solve if I go back to work life.

I'm not update my blog few days already. I don't know what happen to me. I don't have mood to update it even though I log in to my blog everyday. Recently I have received good news but seem like I'm not happy for it. The good news that I mention actually give me a problem. A big problem for me. I'm going back to working life again! Normally if we attended an interview we will hope for the job right? And if the company offer us a job we should happy because that is a successful result that we are waiting for. For me going back to working life is like going to held. LOL!! I'm still headache with my children problem. Who will looking after them. Where should I put them after I start work. 2 more weeks to solve this problem. I'm will start working after Depavali. I was thinking want to hire a maid but I'm scared with my past experience. I'm not worried about my daughter because I can send her to day care but a big problem to my son. I can't send him to day care.. he really need personal assistant. Haiyooo.... the whole day I'm thinking about this. What should I do???? I don't want to ask help from my mum or mum in law. They help me a lot and my mum is not feeling well now. I can't disturb them. I prayed to the god.. may god bless me. I hope I'll find a good solution to this problem.

Recently my husband just brought back Hari Raya gift from his company. Look at the picture... the casing is very nice and I think it's expensive. Not because of biscut that make it expensive but because of the decoration. Now a day people look at a quality more than quantity. The biscut is only a small quantity inside 3 small boxes. LOL!!

I am back from Phuket

Actually I wanted to update my blog since last night but to tired because I reached home at 9 pm already. My sister in law fetched us from KL Sentral. Let's me summarize my vacation trip from the first day.

On 23rd we went to KL Sentral and took bus from KL Sentral to LCCT. It's very cheap! Only RM24 for 4 person ( child RM4 and adult RM8 ). Our Air Asia flight at 12.45 pm and so surprise that no flight delay! We reached at Phuket airport at 2.15 pm and from there we took taxi to Thanthip Villa hotel at Patong area. Standard price from airport to Patong is 550 bath. After check in we went to Patong beach. Wonderful beach and Patong is the famous place at Phuket. We walked along the beach and have our tea break there. Nothing much can do on our first day. 2nd day at Phuket. We took package for full day trip to Phang Nga Bay. It's cost 4200 bath from 9 am to 5pm. Interesting journey to Phang Nga Bay. Look at the photo lol!

Our 3rd day and last night at Phuket. City tour is only 5oo bath! Taxi driver will bring us around the Phuket City and the the famous place such as Promthep Cape Sunset View Point, Phuket town, Chalong Bay, Wat Chalong ( the most famous temple ) and drive through along the famous beach ( Patong, Karon, Kata, Kamala, Surin and a lot more beach...) I feel very worth it for 500 bath for full day trip. Nightlife at Phuket is very happening! Patong beach, the central hub of all tourist nightlife at Phuket. We did not spend much time at night because of my 2 kids. I think Phuket is not a shopping place. Nothing much can shop there and the price is very expensive.

My last day at Phuket. After breakfast we went to Patong beach again because my daughter wanted to build sand castle LOL! Our flight back to LCCT is at 2.15 pm but it's delayed for 15 minutes. So we reached LCCT at 4.15 pm. Again we took bus back to KL Sental. Taking bus can save a lot of money if compare with taxi.

I went back to Kedah for 2 days which is on Saturday and Sunday. I spent time with my mother on Sunday because on Saturday I was at my mother in law house. Around my mum house is a padi field so during this time is very winding. The time pass by very fast and only one day at my mum house. I'm rushing to come back home for my vacation preparation. Even though is a short period but I'm happy because can make my mother happy too. She is very happy to see us especially my daughter and my son.

Yesterday I heard good news from my friend. She is pregnant for a third child. Congratulation! Every time when I heard my friend pregnant I'll feel happy. It will make me think should I plan for my third child too! My daughter wanted a baby girl. When she touch my stomach she always ask it's baby inside? Pity her as she really need a friend. My son can't play with her so much. I really have to plan and discuss this with my husband if we want to add in a new family member. This is again relate to my financial and why I'm looking for a job.

Seeking for a job again. Sometime I'm don't understand myself. Why I looking for a job again? And now I just feel comfortable to be a stay home mum. Anyway I have said to my self that just try my luck for tomorrow interview. I'm going for a war again. Actually I don't know what should I prepared for tomorrow. The only thing that I still thinking what to awnser when the interviewer ask is why am I resigned from my previous job? This is a tough question for me because I'm resigned without getting a new job. I'm sure they would like to know the reason behind it. However I can't tell them the negative point about my previous job. Look like I need to pretend and praise my previous company lol!

If you ask me do I really like the job that I have applied? My awnser is NO. But why I'm accepted this interview? It's because I'm not getting this job yet but only interview so...nothing wrong if I just try it. No one will like the job but they work because of MONEY.

Count down to Phuket vacation

8 days more we'll going to Phuket. We gonna to stay there for 4 days 3 night. However I have not prepare anything yet. Before that I must inform my daughter teacher about this vacation. This is because she need to ponteng sekolah for 4 days. After coming back from Phuket is a Hari Raya Holiday. I'm sure teacher will give a lot of homework during school holiday.

I'm started to think what should I pack for my kids. For sure number 1 is their milk and pampers. I think I should bring over medicine for them just in case they are not feeling well. This month is a little bit tire because this Friday we'll going back to Kedah for 2 days. After come back from Kedah we have 1 day to rest but not for my daughter and my son. They are still need to go to school. Pity them.. lol! Anyway they are happy for this holiday.

Matta Fair started today at PWTC. Hurry up as today is Friday. Most of people working today and tomorrow will be pack like ikan sardin. Matta Fair offer a cheap package for holiday from 5 Sept - 7 Sept 2008. I and my husband decided not to change the date to Phuket. We will remain the old plan and will looking for the cheap hotel at Matta Fair.

End of this month I'm going to Phuket but now Thailand is not stable yet. Haiyoooo..... I hope everything will be fine soon. My daughter very excited and counted the day everyday. She can ask me everyday "mummy how many days more we are going to Phuket".

This is a first time for 2008 year that we are going for vacation one family. I feel happy too but now with the situation is not really good to travel to Thailand we was thinking to change the date. I will need to discuss this with my husband again. I still hope this vacation will remain the same date and Phuket will be peace place to visit.

Dining at home. How safe is your food?

We may think that dining at home is safety because the food that we prepare is clean. But how we ensure that? I always keep my kitchen clean and my hands is free from germs before handling the food. I believe that the most important element in food safety is always keep myself clean and my surrounding clean when food is in the proximity.

Let's look at a few tips on food safety.

Wash your hand before handling food and often during food preparation. If you need to go to the toilet while preparing food make sure you wash your hands after going to the toilet. Also do wash and sanitise all surfaces and equipment used for food preparation to avoid cross-contamination. Protect your kitchen areas from insects, pets and other animals that could be carrying a host of bacteria with them.

The most important thing that I wanted everyone to remember is avoid wearing dirty clothes when working in the kitchen. When cooking please wear a clean T-shirt or apron but DON"T wipe your hands on it!

Last time I used to do that after I wash my hands. LOL! I think many of us have practise this... don't be shy to admit ok hahaha... Now I have stopped it since I seriously cook at home as a stay at home mum. For those who still do it please stop it and keep our food safety.

Yesterday I went to The Curve and my daughter claimed that she is hungry. She wanted to eat McDonald's. Actually that is not my favourite food but what to do if she said McDonald's we can't object her if is not she will merajuk. After finished our food we planed to continue shopping at The Curve but unluckily it's rain. Raining season.... we are stuck in the rain. Quite boring waiting for the rain stop.. we were there are almost 2 hours.

I looked around the place and found that everybody waiting for the rain to stop. There are many activities is going on while waiting for the rain to stop. Got one couple also stuck in the rain. I'm said to my husband a couple may feel happy if stuck in the rain because they can spend time together more longer...

A businessman can work with their laptop because of the Internet access at the McDonald's. A salesman take an opportunity to approach their product. A group of teenager happily chit chatting and of course my daughter also can played more longer in the play room.

Q-up to redeem a voucher

On last Thursday I went to One Utama to redeem my J-Card rebate gift voucher. I choose to go on weekdays because I know not many people will shop during weekdays. Working people will only be free during weekend so if I come on weekend I'll need to wait at least 25 minutes to get my voucher. But on last Thursday I Q-up less than 10 minutes.

Quiet environment at One Utama

Shopping during sales and on weekdays is a good idea. This is because you can avoid long-Q at cashier counter. Shopping is so much fun for my family and I feel more comfortable to bring my kids during weekdays. Beside that I can save a lot of time and no more parking problem.

Who Love Durian?

I love to eat durian but my daughter don't like it. She don't have an awnser why but i guess because of the smell. Now you can see every where sell durians especially at pasar malam. It's Durian Season and we can get it at very cheap price 3 for Rm10. But do we know how to choose the good durians if we really want to buy it?

Don't worry cctually there are a few tips on how to choose durians. I still remember one column in The Star Sunday Metro stated 8 ways to choose the right durians.

1. Make sure the fruits are unopened before taking a close whiff . The good ones usually emanate an extremely strong, pungent scent.
2. Shake the fruit gently. If you hear the sound of something soft thudding against something soft that sounds like “gloog, gloog gloog”, chances are, the durians are ripe.
3. Sweep your nails against the surface of the durian skin and listen for a hollow sound.
4. Durians do not necessarily have to be heavy to be tasty. The smaller, lighter ones could be equally as good as those with thick pulp .
5. If the vendor makes the effort to prise the durians open for you, select the ones that have a wrinkled layer of skin on the pulp
6 . To prise open a durian, look for its opening point that resembles a pathway or a visible line amongst the durian’s thorns that will begin from the bottom of the fruit. The line is usually visible when you see two rows of thorns growing towards one another.
7 . Make a small incision in the centremost point at the bottom of the fruit with a knife. Twisting the knife around will help you find that opening point.
8. To get rid of the pungent durian scent in your car or house, simply place charcoal or slices of bread at selected locations. Within a day or two, the smell should be gone.

Half Day At Saloon

I'm done it!

Yesterday was a beautiful day. My husband agreed to take care of our kids. So I'm take this opportunity to go to saloon. I was pending this since last month. My hair is too long already. I'm not comfortable with long hair because every time I comb my hair it will drop. Beside cut my hair I also do rebonding. Usually once a year I'll do rebonding... last year July I'm done it. So now already one year. It's the time to do it again. Yesterday I reached at saloon at 10.00am. I choose to do it in the morning because I can be a first person.. but when reached there I'm a third person LOL! But at least still ok right? I no need to wait because there are many staff. One mistake I did when I decided to do hair rebonding!! I forgot to buy snack so... I was very hungry until 2pm only completed. During that time they only serve me a cup of Chinese tea. Please remember if we want to perm or straighten our hair it will take a long time at least half day....get ready your snack into your bag.

Special For New Mum

This year may be a good year for newborn baby. Most of my friend are pregnant. Of course I'm very happy for them. Some of them are first time pregnant and getting ready for a baby’s arrival. I'm sure waiting for newborn baby will be very exciting for new mum.
However preparation for newborn baby are headache too. For new mum may be they need to consult those who have experience on this such as relative or friend. Planning ahead with a checklist is a good to avoid panic when the time is come. The most basic items will be clothes, diapers, milk powder, health care, baby care ( baby wash or shampoo and others) and baby bed.

From my experience don’t invest too much in newborn sized clothing. This is because new born baby are growing up very fast. Just buy one or two nice clothes for baby to wear to hospital or to take picture. Clothes for baby to wear around the house should be at least 5 to 6 pieces. Don't worry if not enough because you are able to add in at any time after that.

Later on you will need to think about car seat for baby and of course for those working mum you definitely will find a baby sitter or day care. Congratulation! and hurry up do your shopping for your newborn baby.

She is very smart because after I put down the phone she immediately send me an sms: her name and contact number. For me this is a excellent sales skill.

Recently I'm very busy with my daily work. If can I would like to jot down my whole day journey as a mother and a wife. Honestly this duty is very hard and challenges! Who said stay at home-mum and be a housewife is an easy job? When we talk about housewife... what are the main responsibilities? From morning until night we are working for the family such as laundry, cooking, take care of children bla bla bla........ Hi...... it's very tiring until we go to bed. But we are still lucky than maid lol!

Ready to paint

For this time we paint our master bedroom. As I mention earlier it's not easy to to paint a house. I suggest that before we move in we should paint the house first. If not we must do a lot of things such as clean and wash the wall oooppps.... not only that but the important thing is to crack the wall. Dust!!!! don't talk about that... it's flying in the room. I do not allowed my kids to go in because of the dirty and dust. First of all need to clear things in my room. We move and sleep at another room. It take a few days to settle this. Now only 50% completed because my husband is not free.

Yesterday is the last day for home exhibition at Mid Valley. No where to go for weekend.... my daughter ask me to bring her out. So we decided to go Mid Valley even though parking fee is expensive. Once in the blue moon to bring kids there. My husband as usual love decoration house so we went to home fair. Wow.... when we entered there so many people!

Electricity stove become popular nowadays. I feel it's good also because easy to clean and it's not dirty after cooking. Very convenience and safe.

River View Restaurants

As known Kuala Selangor is the best place to eat seafood. They also serve the halal food. On last Saturday my sister invited us ( my family lor..) to have a dinner there. There are many restaurants there but do you know why we choose River View Restaurants? It's because the view is very nice and the name of the restaurant is actually matching with the view. It's located at beside the sea. During we reached at the restaurant there are still have a few free table. But after 10 minute later all the table are full. I can hear one group of table singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY song. Very happening with celebration of birthday party!

We were waiting for the food is about 15 minutes. But of course they serve us the drink first. 15 minutes is still consider ok because they are many customers. Do you guess how much they can earn per night? I don't know but I think is a lot.

After dinner we walk around the place. There are many stall selling keropok and ikan masin/bilis. I bought keropk ikan and ikan bilis. 100 gram for RM3 for the ikan bilis , so I only bought RM3. This ikan bilis is very nice if you fry it and eat with porridge or fried rice.

N95 MMS Setting

Since I bought this HP I never realized that my 3G is not activated yet. I bought this HP since month of April this year. What is happen is yesterday I tried to send MMS to my husband but is failed. So I wonder why is failed because previous HP can send MMS and I already activated my GPRS. After a few time I tried and still failed then I called Maxis. Customer Service said if we change our HP we must activate a new GPRS or 3G. That is fine I just ask them to activate it for me. Yesterday itself my 3G is activated but I still can't send MMS.

What happen to my HP it's Maxis problem or my HP problem? I called Maxis again and they said may be the setting file is corrupted and ask me to delete the old setting. However after I delete the old setting and received a new setting I still use my MMS.

I'm not satisfied with this and I called up Maxis again this morning. The Maxis consultant teach me to do manual setting. He said I can use my MMS already because all is fixed. Anyway he resend the setting to me and I must save the setting to my HP. Then I must switch off and on my HP. After that only can use MMS. He advice me to send MMS to my own HP. Fine I followed all instruction by them but nothing changes... I still can't send MMS.

Ha....... what are they doing? I highlighted this problem to Maxis and they advice me to go to Maxis centre or Nokia to do manual setting. I think is better if they advice me to do this in the beginning.

There are APN Control, Access Points and Packet Data in Connection menu. I think there are related each others for 3G or MMS setting. What to do? I'm not familiar with this. To be honest I never use all the function at my HP. However I like this N95 because of the camera. It's very clear and I no need to carry my digital camera to snap the picture. I can snap the picture anywhere that I go as long as I carry my N95. Just take a look at http://www.nseries.com/

Today I and my kids just stay at home because my husband working. I'm not cooking for dinner because I thought I want to order the food from the restaurant nearby my house. Just now I'm prepared to go to the restaurant and I was searching for my car key.

Where is my car key????? I was surprise my car key is missing. I asked my daughter to help me to find it but we can't find it. I called my husband at his office ask whether he know or not. LOL!!! He said he brought the car key to the office. Haa..... it's too late for me to cook now. I'm waiting my husband to come back and he promise to buy the dinner to us. He is not reach home yet..... we are hungry. I must get something for my kids to eat first while waiting for their DADDY!

KFC Farm

Yeah..... I'm back from Seremban. My sister's love cooking. Eating eating eating..... that is my 2 days at her house. From morning until night our activities is eat. We eat mangoes, durian, nangka ( sorry ya.. I can't recall in English ) rojak buah, KFC etc.
Every time if I go to my sister's house I'll skip my diet. At her house I never feel hungry. What happen is my brother in-law likes to buy food and fruit. He is happy if we eat. He is a manager of KFC farm at Linggi. So...they can eat pizza or KFC every month. Their kids are very healthy and enjoy eating.
However coming October month they are moving back to Kedah. My brother in-law resigned from his job because of his health problem. Doctor advised him to take rest and take care of his health. They have been staying there for almost 13 years. Children need to continue study at Kedah. Now there are in progress to register the children at Kedah school. I can see how sad is my sister's to leave their house at the farm there. Even though that is not their own house but they are staying there for 13 years. But I'm believe she will be happy once she is move back to Kedah which is her born place and can stay near by with relative and especially parents. This is consider a big changes for their life. Anyway life must go on..... we need to face it and hope for the best.

Tomorrow need to wake up early! My husband got training at PD Seremban. So I & my 2 kids will travel to Seremban too! We will stay at my sister's house at Linggi while my husband going for training. Why we choose JOTUN? It's because nearby my house. Easy for us to buy and consult the seller there. The cost for 1 litre is RM41.40. The sell girl said the price will be different based on colours. There are many colours and make us confuse which colours to choose. Finally we get the right colour for our living hall and our bedroom. For my opinion it's better to choose from a catalog. They have a sample from the catalog. If we choose from the main board I think the whole day also we can't decide. Have fun with a painting house!

Painting A House

It's not easy to paint a house. Look very simple and easy but when we started to do it... it's very hard. Actually I and my husband very excited to paint our house. We went to buy and choose the colour in the morning and then in the afternoon we started to paint. Wow!!! tired also... we just tried.. and is consider phase 1 first at the main wall. We will have phase 2 to be continue.
For the first time painting a house .... of course we did a mistake. Our mistake here is we did not do any study or ask professional person before we painted. So... the result is not really good. After we painted we found that something is not right.... my husband called his father to ask why the colour easily drop when we scratched the surface. My father in law told that we must wash or clean the wall before paint. The old colour must be remove it out also. Beside that we need to clean and prep the surface. Use a wire brush and a wide-blade putty knife to remove small areas of defective paint. Useful tip: The best time to paint is in late spring or early fall on a dry day that is not too sunny.

Choosing the colours is very important too. We go for JOTUN. We are not regret to choose this colour. It's make our house look fresh and happy go lucky. So much different if compared with the old colour because the old colour is very light and cool. I'm excited to wait for the phase 2 and the most important thing is our bedroom.

Almost 3 weeks I never drink nescafe. Actually I very boring if not drink nescafe especially in the morning. I feel that something is missing and the day is not complete. I'm very fast feel hungry. I'm told my husband I want to buy nescafe. He said OK. Then we went out to 1U but is not purposely to buy nescafe itself. As yesterday newspaper mention that Mega Sale started on 5 July. So we went to 1U with hope can shopping at Jusco but when we reached they.... NO SALES. Frustrated lor.....

We just go to supermarket... and look for my 3 in 1 nescafe at RM8.79 yahoooooooooo..... finally I can drink nescafe for tomorrow breakfast.

Meeting My Friend

Yeah!!! I met my friend on last Friday. We had lunch with our colleagues. Gossip!!! Hot news... my ex-boss promoted to Director position. But don't surprise actually because I know my boss will always aim for that. He is very hard working and the most important thing that he has a great team work and a great staff. This is because he is easily get promoted. Do you think if he is depend on his performance alone... he can be fast get promoted? For me... a good boss... because of a good staff.

After lunch we went to Mid Valley. My friend preparing for her first baby which is on October month. Pregnant for first baby is always excited. She managed to buy milk bottle. For others things she will come again with her husband. We took public transport... what else.... komuter lor.... Luckily during that time they are not many people on the train because it's not peak hours. I hope can meet her again and will keep in touch with her. May god bless you and your baby..

Yeah!!! Tomorrow is my day. I'm gonna meet my friend and we will lunch together. I'm already told my husband to take care the kids. Since I'm quit my job I never meet my friend and tomorrow we going to chat and exchange story. She is my colleagues and my office mate. She has been resigned same day with me. She wanted to go back to her hometown following her husband. I'm agreed with her because she is now pregnant and need to really take care her health. She is very nice girl standing from second left in black & white colour shirt. During that time she was 4 months pregnant. Two of them are still working at my previous company. Baby Sitter Price Increase

My sister just informed me that her baby sitter requested to increase the price by 60%. Oh my god! Salary increment and adjustment also will not up by 60%. I said this is too much demanded. My sister have 3 kids 14, 7 and 5 years old. They are very independent and I can said there are nothing much on baby sitter to look for them. Just give them to eat 3 meals a day. I do not agree if she use inflation reason such as price increase for water & electrical, food, gas and etc. Water and electrical or gas is a needed even though she is not taking care the kids. Food for 3 kids it's not much also. All of them are going to school so they staying there for half day only.

Pity my sister..... After my sister discussed with my brother in law he said just give the baby sitter without negotiate. BTW they are thinking of taking maid. Yes right! If increase by 60% she can higher 3 maid already.

First Time On Contact Lens

Last night my husband spectacle frame broken. He is on blind for a few hours. Today after went to clinic we went to Focus Point to make a new spectacle. The new spectacle only ready by next week. My husband must wear contact lens from today onwards. Hahaha... he is never wear it before. This is very hard for him. So he tried to put it on his eye but really can't do it. He has tried for half and hour... until his eye getting red. Very funny and my daughter also excited to see what is happened? I help him to put it on his both eye. I also help him to take it out. Tomorrow he need to wake up early to start his journey with wearing contact lens. Ermm.... if not I must help him again...

I Hate fever. Last week until this week my kids having a fever. My daughter just recovered last Monday and on Wednesday my son fever today he is getting better. Last night I fever. Oh my god my whole body is very pain and I have a terrible headache! I can't even sleep well last night. The terrible part is no more fever medicine in the freeze. I bring my kids to bed early last night is about 8pm. My kids said " I'm not sleepy yet". I force them to sleep by switched off the light. My husband switched off the aircond and on the fan. My daughter complaining she is hot! What to do I'm very cool.

Luckily my husband is on leave today. Early in the morning he bring me to see doctor. As advised doctor give my the stronger antibiotic. The pain killer medicine is really relieved my headache! I really don't like fever! Today I'm not do any housework. Tomorrow I will be very busy with housework things.

Yesterday I had my lunch at Genting Highland. My husband is very smart he brought 2 bottle of soya bean which is mean we no need to order our drink. This is the way to cut cost as we know things or food at Genting is very expensive. By bring our won food we can save our trip budget. I bought pop corn to my daughter is cost me RM3.50. They are double up the price. So it's better to bring our own food if we were to go out station or traveling.

Just now I tried to search jobs vacancy at Jobstreet but none of them are suite me. Firstly if I want to search the jobs I must choose the company, position and location. This 3 things is very important to me. In Jobstreet there are too many vacancy so I must specialize the industry and position. No More Call Centre Job!

Call Centre job for me is very boring but strait forward job. Receive call ( inbound ) or making call ( outbound ) which one is good? For me both are same we need service people and talk with customers everyday. Is such a boring thing! Whenever talk to customer we will need to listen to their complaint and solve their problem. Hah..... very tired. Once in my life I have a such experience. That is enough for me. I'm rather do operation or administration work. One of my friend in the Call Centre line for 12 years. Wow... I said to her how can you DO IT? She said " I hate call centre but I have no choice". It's true because of she come from call centre line and very hard for her to change her line.

I feel that very hard to say Love What You Do AND You will Be Happy. Sometimes we are not LOVE what we do but we force to do it. I'm right?

I'm dilemma now. My husband wanted me to go back to work again.... because of living cost and inflation nowadays. Scared! When I think about inflation. How we going to survive or give a better life to our kids? Actually I love to work but at the same time I'm scared to go back to work life. I'm scare to face a new boss, new environment, new colleagues and a lot more. That's why when I wanted to apply for the job make me think a lot. I'm worried about my kids especially my son. I think for guys they take it easy. My husband said that is small matter but for me this is a big matter.

I feel guilty to my kids.. as a parent we should give full concentration to them but money is important too. Nowadays children are very demanding. Yesterday I'm just shared my past experience with my husband about computer. During my time I'm took computer class and learn about Microsoft office at Alor Star. I don't have computer at home and even at University I also don't have it. Whenever I want to use computer I'll go to computer room at my faculty which is for public using for the student there.

But compared to current situation I can say most of the houses have a computer and most of children know how to use it. Student nowadays using laptop!!. Wow.... it's really different and good improvement.

Today I'm quite free & have time to look after my flowers. I love to see beautiful flowers but I don't like watering on it. Ermmm my mother is the one who plant for me and after she went back to Kedah she keep on reminded me to take care of her garden.

I love to watch Korean drama because of the love story and especially hero & heroin is very handsome and beautiful. Beside love story there are some part are funny too. The important part is when heroin and hero are sad.... it's really touching....and can make me cry too ( Shame...)

Started yesterday I accidentally switch on TV at 10.00 am at channel 8. During that time there is a Korean drama "Wedding" is showing. So....I started to watch it until today. I can't wait for next episode. What can I do.... with the Internet I can watch it online. Ermmm.... very interesting drama. It's about life marriage. Seung-Woo married to Sena but Seung-Woo secretly in love with Yoon-Su ( his childhood friend ). Finally Sena found out about relationship between Seung-Woo and Yoon-Su. However Seung-Woo said that is his past and already past. Can Sena accept this? What happen to their marriage? Ok.... I going to watch next episod now.

Today is the first day of school open, my daughter already went to school half and hour ago. Her teacher come and fetch her at home with the fare of RM20 for previous month but started this month onwards the fare is increase by RM5, so now will be RM25. Daily expenses is very tight now we must plan and budget nicely.

Today I suppose to bring my son to school at Brickfield but think of the traffic jem.... haaaa..... I would rather stay at home. May be tomorrow I will bring him to school. My son school is quite flexible and the teacher's are very supportive.

Our Prime Minister just announced on increasing the petrol price by RM0.78. By this midnight the petrol price will be increase by RM 2.70 per litre. This is a sad news for middle class and below. It's really effected our daily expenses. Started from tomorrow we must think twice if we want to go out. Those who are working please ask yourself, do my salary increase equal to petrol price? If your awnser if YES you are safe but if your awnser is NO you are in the trouble.

I love to read The Star so to share what I'm get for today is how to wash vegetable. Dining at home is the most safer and clean. Veggies is a main menu for the meals. To make sure we eat the clean food we must wash it first right? I can say it's not easy to wash vegetable especially kangkung or spinach.

Tips for today is prepare cold water and put in vegetable into the sink or any container and add in vinegar and salt and let sit 15 minutes, rinse. The vinegar cleans the vegetable while the salt draws out any critters, dirt and anything else undesirable. Use this tips to get clean veggies for our meals!

My friend just update me about our colleague's that quit the his job because wanted to be a full time insurance agent. Wow..... excellent! Even though his salary just increase but he decide to quit the job. He said insurance agent can earn more than his current salary. Yes I agreed if we work hard on that. I have tried to be an insurance agent also but I'm not suitable to that. Nowadays everybody look for an opportunity and want to own BOSS. Congratulation for all bosses!

Menu For Today

Today my husband got dinner with his colleague's so only me with my kids at home. Simple menu for us tonight is FRIED RICE. My daughter love to eat fried rice. My son anything will do.......as long as got something for him to eat. While waiting for news on TV3 at 8pm I have a little bit time to online.

Nescafe Drinker's

Yesterday I bring my son go to school. I have a chance get to know others mothers and chatting with them. One of the interesting topic is nescafe. I realised women love to drink nescafe. I'm a drinker to hahaha..... I love to drink nescafe. It's my daily breakfast. However is not good if we drink too much of nescafe. Ok come back to my topic at my son school. There are 4 mothers included me, 3 mothers are drinker's and only 1 don't like to drink nescafe. Here it's shown that women love to drink nescafe.

Most of drinker's will said: My day is not complete without nescafe.

Yes I agreed. If one day we are not drink it we will feel something is missing. My sister's one of drinker before but now she is tried to control on it. She said got bad impact to her health. She will feel headache if she drink nescafe. So she tried to stop it and she feel better and no more headache. My sister's story is contrast with my friend. My friend said she will feel headache if not drink nescafe. Normally she will drink in the morning but if she skip it she will feel very bad headache around 10am above. Wow..... there are many impact also ya.....

But I believe nescafe is a healthy drink also but remember don't drink too much. We must practise healthy diet.

Raining Day

Raining again. Everyday raining. Many people getting sick nowadays. My daughter is fever last night. My son just recover from fever but still coughing. I'm hope tomorrow my daughter is getting better. Sometimes stay at home mum can be very tired. We need to do a lot of work at home. But no matter how I love to stay at home and spend time with my kids.

Ohh..Oooo....heavy rain now..... I need to switch off TV. My daughter sure will get angry with me. She is watching her Burney DVD. School holiday is the time for her to enjoy watching TV or DVD.

Everyday we are fighting hahaha...... She is the queen in the house whereby she is holding remote control.

School Holidays Started!

Hurey!!!!!!! I can wake up late! This is happy sound from my daughter. Normally if weekend or holiday she will wake up around 9.00 am if it's not 7.15 am.

Today I quite busy because my son is still not recover from fever so I must wait until he go to bed only I can update my blog. This is my free time all of them are slept.

Missing children are still not found

Where is Sharline? This pity girl is still not found.

I have read in Star newspaper yesterday and according to Deputy Women, Family and Community Minister Noriah Kasnon more than half of the 242 children reported missing between January to March have not found yet. How to prevent this not to happen to our kids? We must seriously look into this and every family member must play a big role. Don't let your kids go out from house without permission. The door gate must always locked even though we are at home.

Ohh...... my son got fever again. Last night he did not get enough sleep because of flame and running nose. He wake up is about 3.30 am and sleep back at 4.40 am. Wooooww..... I'm very tired. Every time he sick I also sick.... virus around the house. He started with flu and then recover back. After that my daughter getting flu... and the virus go back to him. Now he get 3 in 1 = flu, cough and fever.

I just came back from clinic and doctor advice to bring him back to clinic on tomorrow. Once reach home I immidiately give him the medicine. Finally he is sleeping. I will always monitor his condition if he is sick.

Yeah!!!! school holiday will be start tomorrow. Happy holiday guys!

vegetables

I love to plant vegetables but my husband said we don't have enough place. That is why I plant in a vase to save the place. Look at the picture it's at the back of my house near the kitchen. I have kari leaf, pandan leaf and one of vegetable given by my father in law. He said very yummy...if we use this vegetables and put into the soup. I will plants more vegetables to save the cost hahaha.....Don't waste the time while you at home do something that you love and you will feel happy for that.

Teddy Bear

My daughter with her teddy bear

Wesak Day is over for this year. Today I will be at home for the whole day. Last night I went to visit my niece at hospital. She admitted to hospital because of fever. Doctor suspected denggi and need to do blood test. Thanks god the result is shown negative. She is free from denggi.

My daughter went to kindergarten at 8.00 am. She is big girl now but still attached to her teddy bear. This teddy bear I bought for her since 2003 at Popular Book Store. It's almost 5 years already. She will sleep and play with this teddy bear for the whole day and night. The funny part is before she go to kindergarten she will kiss " muahhhhhhhh" and keep her teddy bear in the local. After coming back from kindergarten she will go and get back her teddy bear. I have tried many time to buy a new teddy bear for her but she don't want to take it even though is nicer than her teddy bear. I think most of the toddler's are like this. I can see some others children attached to blanket, pillow ( bantal busuk hahaha... ) etc....

So to others mum don't worry if you have faces same problem with me! But one thing need to remember is always wash it to avoid a bacteria.
